Arrival time
You can arrive between 3 pm and 8 pm. For previous or later arrivals please call 0043 6457 3300.
Departure Time
When departure we ask our guests to leave the apartment by 10 am.
Cleaning
Cleaning during your stay is not included in the final cleaning fee. You are welcome to borrow a vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials from us. Taps, garbage bags and toilet paper are not included in the price.
Washing machine
For all our guests in House Sonnfeld is a washing machine and a coin dryer available.
Child facilities
We gladly put free children’s equipment in your apartment. Please indicate in your reservation confirmation that you travel with a baby. You will automatically receive a baby cot with accessories. More equipment by request.
Bed linen and towels
Included in the price are the initial bed linen and a change of towels during the week.
Ski rental
We have an on-site ski rental. They can give you 10% discount. For more informations or pre-reservations go to www.sportimort.at.
Pets
Dogs are allowed on request. (€ 20,-/day)
Ski buses
The ski bus stop is right in front of the house Sonnfeld. The ski buses depart every 20 minutes and take you to the ski resort Flachau-Wagrain-St. Johann in just 3 minutes. Even for the ski resort Zauchensee-Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl the ski bus stops in front of the house and runs approximately every 20 minutes. The house Bliem ist located directly on the ski slope.
Cross-country skiing
The trail entrance is directly by the house. From there you can ski to Altenmarkt / Radstadt, Flachau / Flachauwinkel and to Castle Höch as well as Wagrain. The trail is also ideal for Walking.
Conditions of payment
The deposit (20%) will be due and to be paid for after confirming of reservation. The outstanding payment shall be paid either before arrival via bank transfer or in cash during your stay. If you pay via bank transfer, we kindly ask you to use the IBAN-number and the SWIFT-code. A later arrival or a earlier departure will not be taken into account.

Booking conditions are subject to Österreichischen Hotelreglement (Austrian Hotel Regulations).
